Gisselle Ramos - Founder
Gisselle Ramos is the co-founder of Shampoo The Salon, a salon built on creativity, education, and personalized client care. Since opening the salon alongside her best friend Laura Fallon in 2006, Gisselle cultivated a team-driven culture focused on helping both clients and stylists feel confident, inspired, and supported. Known for her leadership, passion for the beauty industry, and commitment to excellence, Gisselle helped grow Shampoo The Salon into a trusted destination for modern hair color, cutting, and styling services in the Tampa area. She has taken pride in mentoring talented stylists, building long-lasting client relationships, and creating a welcoming salon experience centered around professionalism, artistry, and community.
Laura Fallon - Founder / Colorist
Laura Fallon co-founded Shampoo The Salon with her best friend, Gisselle Ramos, in 2006 and now serves as the salon’s full-time color specialist with more than 35 years of experience behind the chair. Known as a true “fixer” in the salon, Laura specializes in corrective color, gray coverage, dimensional highlights, and creating rich, natural-looking tones tailored to each client. Her passion for helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful hair has also led her to study health coaching and cleaner beauty practices, incorporating more organic products and holistic approaches to hair wellness and hair loss support. Outside the salon, Laura enjoys nature photography, biking, and spending time with her son, Roman, while continuing to inspire clients with her experience, warmth, and dedication to the craft.
